Logistics

Logistics are one of the company’s most important competitive assets. Costs related to logistics amount to 60-80% of the company’s total costs. It is therefore very important that there is concordance in these matters; to work towards a common goal with the same basic knowledge as regards the logistic influence on costs, capital and earnings.

In these three areas there is a built-in conflict between the company’s various responsibility areas. Purchasing and

production work with costs as a momentum, whereas marketing has earnings in focus and finance is bound by capital placement.

The market is volatile. For those responsible for the logistics we become an impartial and professional resource –  we can assist with expert knowledge when time is of the essence.
